This line is purely based on short term results rather then actual strength of the teams. The first time Cyprus entrant was expected to be a whipping boy of the group. Now after picking up a 0-0 draw in Germany against Werder and beating Panathinaikos 3-1 they have garnered way too much respect. Now if those results they picked up were worthy then of course you have to readjust the odds. However playing 10 men behind the ball and dodging several good chances in one game and beating a suspect side with the aid of an outrageous own goal and more relentless defending doesn't exactly lead me to believe this team isn't what we originally thought they would be in this competition.
The class difference between the two sides here is massive. The results of Anorthosis and the feel good story associated with them have extremely overrated. Inter will have upwards of 70% ball possession and the game will be exclusively played in the Anorthosis half. Anything less then a two goal victory margin for the Italian side will shock me.
